The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: soaps and creams

Gift certificates are non-refundable. We do not undertake to refund a product that has already been used, except in the case of a manufacturing problem.
Unless there is a major manufacturing defect, no soap or cream will be exchanged or refunded.
All sale items are final sale. For all products sold under the name limited editions, there is no return possible. No refund, return or exchange on products purchased during sales. All items that are no longer available at the store at the time of return cannot be returned or exchanged.
All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.

How to complete the application?
By mentioning that you wish to return your item.
Use email subject: Back.
The address to make the return will then be communicated to you.
The item must be in the same condition as for sale, i.e. in its original condition, with visual proof (photo or video).

If the customer complies with the conditions listed above, BIONA-T undertakes to reimburse the amount of the defective order as well as the taxes related to the order in the form of a credit applicable in the online store. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
